My stay at Rivendell Boutique Hotel was extremely disappointing. The atmosphere was lacking, and the staff were rude and unhelpful, which made my experience quite frustrating. On top of that, the unrealistic breakfast schedule and restrictions on common area usage left me feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, the heating in my room was also not working during the cold nights, and no help was offered. 😡
